Just another twenty-five minutes.  For those watching, will it really go all three hours - over three hours?

Well, no one can say we didn't get to page twenty-six.  It's so nice to see a number like that again.

Glad dear reader Jeanne decided to make an appearance.  Considering she now lives in Los Angeles, I find it amazing I have seen her exactly one time.  But I've been insanely busy and so, I imagine, has she.

Not to mention dealing with some pretty serious medical issues.

Michael Feinstein reminded me of what a great song, I Won't Send Roses is.  You wonder if Jerry Herman is sitting backstage listening to the new crop of musicals going: "What is this crap?"

There was a very nice Tony Award concert presented by one of the New York channels - it was shot at the Hudson Theater and featured the performers in street clothes performing numbers from their shows.  It was quite a good show.  Carole Shelley practically stole the show singing her song from BILLY ELLIOT.  The gals from GUYS AND DOLLS were quite weak.  Matt Cavenaugh looked good.  If you haven't seen it, I suggest tracking it down somewhere.

Did anyone here record this?? :D

Even Jerry Herman was "crap" at one point and time.

As was Bach... Beethoven... Mahler... Richard Rogers... Stephen Sondheim...
