Btw, for DRs Jose and MattH, re: Phillip 4 on Y&R

It's so odd seeing him. Because they have him in tight fitting clothes. And compared to nina he looks like a giant. He's like an adonis. But when he was on GL they dressed him down and he did not seem as spectacular.

I would only have known a very small handful of the celebrities BK saw today.

DR MattH, or anyone else who watches THE FASHION SHOW i'd be curious to hear what you thought of episode 11 (this thursday's show). What was your order of favorites, who would you want to win and who do you think will win?

Our Facebook class went very well this morning and we've been asked to do FB 102 (probably after Labor Day).  When I got home, Richard and I had lunch and then went to see the new Harry Potter movie.  I had trouble staying awake.

From JRand:

One of those boys played Nellie's younger brother....

Jose thanks for the photo of the LABORTEAUX brothers all grown up.

DR JRand, on Little House Matthew played Albert, he adopted son of Charles & Laura Ingalls.  Patrick played Andy Garvey, son of Merlin Olson’s character Jonathan Garvey.  Patrick joined the series a year after his brother did.

DR Jane, you're welcome.

-I'm just wondering how old that "recent" picture is.

On one of the commentaries of JAG, Patrick talked about getting married recently, so maybe it was during the last few years.

Had some nice viewing experiences this afternoon. I watched NURSE JACKIE's upcoming new episode while I ate lunch. Enjoyed the episode a lot.

Then I watched another episode of VERONICA MARS. This was the one where Veronica and Duncan first acknowledged their mutual attraction. Veronica was searching for someone who was setting off the school fire alarm regularly.

I remembered that I wanted to watch GONE WITH THE WIND when I got some free time, so I'm going to watch part I tonight and part II tomorrow.

He married the assistant producer of Jag.  I just looked it up, married in 1998

Thanks, DR Jane. Interesting. He didn't go into detail in the commentary.

I'm going to head down now to start GONE WITH THE WIND (upconverted; the Blu-ray doesn't come out until late this fall/early winter).

The first half is about two hours, and after that, I have no idea what I'll watch.

MAMMA MIA comes on HBO tonight, but I have the Blu-ray, so no need to set the DVR for that.

That truly WOULD have stopped it, DR Kerry, had that happened...   it's a DIGITAL pipe organ!!        :D

And very controversial in Episcopal circles.

Thanks for asking, DR Laura.  Last we heard, he's still pretty groggy, but progressing as expected.  Richard and I will stop there on our way home from Lima tomorrow.

Good Afternoon!

Greetings from Verdi Square (72nd & Broadway). I can't tell who is more agressive here: the panhandlers or the pigeons(!!!).

In other news...

The Un-Imaginary Invalid - a.k.a. DR elmore - is doing fine. And by fine, I mean he's in more pain today, and is basically staying in bed instead of sitting at his desk getting his work done. :-\

Still no word from the x-ray lab, but his doctor was able to call in a prescription for some additional meds. -Which, alas, weren't really helping.

He sends his best, and he will return once he can sit at his computer.

*And, don't worry, he still has plenty of other things to bitch about. ;)

After I left DR elmore's place... Wander, wander, wander... The usual.

I'm supposed to meet up with some friends who are coming in from Boston, but they ended up leaving Beantown a bit later than planned, so... Wander, wander, wander...

DR TCB thanks so much for the June Kenney info.  Scary Monsters Magazine is still on issue #71, I think - the website is difficult to navigate....

I dropped them an email asking if and/or when the interview ran/will run.
