I think it may be used to whack the children on the bus!

Some of the bookshelves need support because of the weight of the books.

The BIG Do for the press is tomorrow at noon but I was very happy watching the rehearsal of several numbers from the show. I'm getting excited, I gotta say, about this production and I hope it's a huge success. I had a nice talk with my old friend Kevin Ligon, who plays either Shears or Robust, I forget which, and is standing by for Senator Billboard Rawkins, and got a big hug and kiss from Terri White, whom I've known since she was the original Joyce Heth, the World's oldest Woman, in the Broadway cast of BARNUM.

The one time I went to New York (in 1995), a bunch of us went to 88's (or was it "Eighty-Eight's"?) and Terri was one of the bartenders!  I recognized her from the TV production of Nunsense with Rue McClanahan and got her autograph!

I wonder if any of Allen's Fed Ex route is on fire. I know most of it is "country."

He did not deliver to us.  I don't know where he is delivering these days.  They guy who came today said he had one delivery up near yesterday's fire area & the roads were clear.  They don't even have much smoke.  May it stay that way!!!

And Mr John Hart wrote a lot of English dialog for Mexican and Italian films - and did a lot of dubbing for them too.

DR MBARNUM you sent me The Undertaker and His Pals.  I watched it, but didn't realize that Rad was in it.  I shall have to look at it again.

And hopeing Ioana has a wonderful birthday!

We just spoke to her.  She said thank you for all the birthday wishes.  She was already pleasantly surprised by a few on my Facebook page. ;D  Craig began her celebration at midnight with a cake & card.  She spent the day talking to her mother & friends in Romania & then had her favorite dinner of sushi.

Good Evening!

I have not left my apartment today.  However, that's actually not such a bad thing.  I could tell my body was telling me to have a low-key day.

She was so wonderful as Joyce Heth! I loved the original production of BARNUM.

Tomorrow, the lumber store first thing and then a trip to the Finians on Broadway office to finish off some paperwork and submit an invoice.

...And Kevin Ligon was also our (relatively last-minute replacement) Pirelli in Sweeney Todd at the Kennedy Center.  Good guy.

I loved the original production of BARNUM.

Me too! The only show I ever saw that I felt I had my money's worth before Act 1 started.

Hmmm... Just read about another death over on Facebook - a newborn daughter of a college classmate.  Very sad.  Again, it just seems weird "sharing" such news over Facebook, but I'm guessing it also allows a very immediate way for her friends to pass on the condolences and support.  They're currently in England, so I'm guessing that that was the most "efficient" and expedient way to get the word out.  -And it was the mother of my friend who stepped in and updated her status.

-How did people share such news before Facebook? Before the internet? :-\

... and blind kittens are not adoptable.

Meaning they will not be offered or that there will likely be no takers?

Speaking from no experience I would think a blind cat would be good pet - probably content to cuddle up for the attention. Finding the food, water, and liter box by smell should work.
