Laura DR - I can't even tell you how many times FedEx has left a tag on my door, when I've been sitting right here all along.  It is utterly exasperating.  Calling their Customer Service number does no good.   They talk right around it and make you feel like somehow it is your fault.     >:(

Now I am watching a Bollywood Telugu movie called VARSHAM starring a hunky south Indian actor named Prabhas, who I believe is going to be my new favorite.

Exactly.

Today they left the door tag on the nursery door. There is a window in the door. One can see a crib. Did they really think the office was there?

You need signs on all the door stating which one to use for deliveries. ::)

I put on HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN when I went back down. The Blu-ray looks fantastic. I was furious with myself for noticing at the end of the evening that I had forgotten to turn on the subwoofer, so I didn't get the full bass mix in the uncompressed audio track. Oy!

Then I watched BONES. Very enjoyable case, and looks like they've finally found a permanent replacement for Zach. I certainly liked this one better than many of the tryout folks last year.

It was an enjoyable case tonight, too, though maybe not quite as much mystery as I'd like.

Then I watched "live" tonight's episode of SUPERNATURAL. I especially enjoyed the Dean/Castiel story. Misha Collins can do more with those deep, penetrating eyes than many actors can do with their entire bodies. What a beautiful fit with actor and role for him!

I hoped so, too, especially since they revealed last season that he really didn't do what he got accused of. Still, if I can't have Zach, this guy is perfectly acceptable and a completely different type.

That was what made me think he would be returning-kind of odd.  I preferred Zack to Sweets.

Yes, I've always felt Sweets was kind of shoehorned into the show, not really a tight fit though occasionally he adds to the show's entertainment quotient as well as the others.

I got another Criterion review disc - the DVD version of MONSOON WEDDING. (The Blu-ray should be forthcoming). It doesn't come out until October 20th, so I'm definitely not starting on it until Sunday at the earliest.

If I do any work project tomorrow, it'll have to come in an early UPS delivery. Otherwise, I will have tomorrow and Saturday off.
