DR DAW, I'm sad the land has been charred, however the photo is beautiful.

Ah, but from the ashes new growth will rise.   Mother Nature will take care if it

Has anyone watched the new show on CW, ONE TREE HILL?  DR Jennifer?  I'm curious about the song HEART which was used in the season premiere.

Well it's not a new show. It's been on for about 7 years. What about the song? The CW has a website which is i think cwtv.com or something like that.

What did you want to know about it?

I'll be working on MEDIUM today, and with luck I should finish by this afternoon or early evening leaving the rest of the evening free. If THE WIZARD OF OZ arrives today, I'll watch that tonight. If not, I'll watch some of this barrage of TV shows cluttering my DVR.

I watched the first 4 episodes of MEDIUM last night.  In its 5th year, it's still a very good show.

It is indeed! The scripts are as imaginative and convoluted as ever but the endings are almost always satisfying.

My big news is that I came back to work today and decided to do a little drawing of the office I'm interested in.  The computer guy saw me there and we talked and walked through the space.  He told me that a couple weeks ago another law firm in the building that is downsizing was looking at the space.  He didn't know if they were interested, but they were definitely looking.   So I decided to call the building manager and make sure I will get the space.   I knew that the office phone number rings on her cell, but pretended I didn't know that and had just planned to leave a message on her phone, lol.

Anyway, she went over the changes that need to be made, new carpet, new paint, a new air conditioner, adding a kitchenette, a new entrance and a few other things.  Since I don't want any major rebuilding (I like the layout) she said she'll have to get back to me but that the rent would definitely be competitive - we took the time to discuss the market and what is competetive.  I've done the figures and if the rent is in the range I think it will be it will be a done deal.   She's very excited about it and said that I'm a very good tenant and she'd like to do some extra things for me.

I am extremely happy and think I'll go up there and sit for a minute before I go home.

I got a bunch more MEDIUM episodes watched, and I got to the last disc in the set and am halfway through the first of the episodes on the last disc. This is the one that brought Anjelica Huston back to the show. I really loved this episode.

This morning i watched last night's MEDIUM. Very odd case (featuring ariel the oldest daughter).

It was good. Although i'm curious if anyone else felt that things could have been explained a bit better towards the end. There was one jump in scenes that i did not find was explained enough for me.

The song was HEART & I'm curious if anyone would have seen it.

Every one in a while I check the website of our neighbor from Michigan & saw a post that her song would be on the show.  I would have recorded the show to see how it was used.  She was in Craig's grade & her older brother was at Bryan's wedding.  I also noticed on her blog that I watched an episode of Castle last season & didn't know to listen for another of her songs.  I'll will try to check this more often.

I really enjoyed revisiting the episode with Allison's stalker who swore to kill her, and after he was killed, began lousing up her dreams so she'd report false information to the police and thus become irrelevent.

While I ate lunch, I watched Thursday night's GREY'S ANATOMY. Shed a few tears and enjoyed the wonderful performance of James Frain who played a schitzophrenic with Adrienne Barbeau as his concerned mother. They were wonderful together.

I find I will have some free time on my hands tonight, but since THE WIZARD OF OZ did NOT arrive in the mail today, I'll have to use that time watching some of the other programming on my DVR.

Needless to say I was frothing at the mouth in anger over not getting OZ today. I kind of thought I wouldn't get it, however. I don't think my mailman likes to deliver packages on Saturday, but that didn't stop me from hoping.

Alas, for naught.

We have not watched the MEDIUM episode yet.

Neither have I. I thought since I was spending two days watching last year's MEDIUM episodes, I'd take a break at lunch and watch something else.

I've got to write for a little while. Then I'll head downstairs to finish MEDIUM and then find some other things to watch.

Back from the long jog and listening anew to the score that has some wow and flutter problems - so far it's not as bad as I feared - at this point it involves only four tracks, one of which is source music, so I don't care.  One other I can salvage two-thirds of (only the first ten seconds is bad, and there's a perfect edit point to start the track), so right now it's really only two tracks we'd lose, for a total of under four minutes.  One I don't really care about, but the other is a pretty variation on the main theme, but then again we have many, many variations on the main theme so if that's all I end up losing we'll be in fine shape and I think the score will run well over an hour.

Home from the 3rd funeral in 3 days, it never rains but it pours.  Usually, I don't know they people, today's picture looked really familiar.  I'm horrible with faces unfortunately.  The guy was once a bassist for Eddie Money.  Maybe his picture looked like every other pop musician from the 70's, I don't know, I just do my job.

Now, to put on some music and pack for Walt Disney World.  We leave tomorrow after a whirl wind of work and the final show of The Full Monty and then more work (evening Mass), then it's on the plane at 10:45pm.

They didn't have Snoopy. And Sandra nixed the Hannah Montana ones.

Have you seen the Band-aids that look like strips of bacon?!?!?!?!  I love that idea!
