Or videos?     :)

Oh yes, videos are fun.

Who is this Brett Claywell appearing in so many photos from last night? He's all over the place!

Well, I don't know why he's there unless he's dating one of the girls in the show. He's playing gay med student Kyle on ONE LIFE TO LIVE right now.

Speaking of ONE LIFE TO LIVE, the new TV Guide, that is out today, has a great photo of the kiss between Fish and Kyle.

What a coincidence!   Betsy is MY middle name!        ;)

Didn't Harold Robbins write a book about you?

I was going to stop for the day, but since you asked about Sherlock posing.....As soon as I took the last photo he bolted straight to me.  LOL-At least he waited until after I had taken the photo.

I am trying to upload a short video now.

These kittens are SO fast, that I have a hard time getting a decent photo.

Two are big enough to get fixed. I will have to wait until Monday to find out when they can go in.

DR Jane, my mother let Zach run free in the woods like that when we were away in MN recently.

We've been picking ticks off him daily ever since.        :(       He gets Frontline monthly, so they're dead, but it's unpleasant, nonetheless.

In my DVD burner (for my dad):  the remastered F. W. Murnau's "Nosferatu, A Symphony of Horrors," recorded on TCM last week.  Also, "Directed by John Ford," a documentary by Peter Bogdanovich that was originally made in 1971, shown on TV a couple of times, then forgotten until 2006.  Peter redid some things, added some new interviews and re-released (or maybe just rebroadcast) it.  My dad loves John Ford movies.

Have him check out a film that our friend, editor Sam Pollard directed:
http://www.pbs.org/wnet/americanmasters/database/ford_wayne.html

It airs on PBS from time to time...don't know if it's available on DVD but it's very good!

Thanks for info, Edi!  I'll watch for it.

DR ELMORE - Mr Warren Carlyle was wearing a very nifty TIE last night....and everyone looks so nice dressed up at the party!

There's a link on the

www.broadwayworld.com

page to party pics....but they must have stayed out of the room you were in.  Couldn't you follow the camera flashes?  And did Rachel Dretch look as bad in person as she does in the pictures?

Kate Baldwin is a beautiful girl, but in those party pictures that dress she is wearing is very unflattering.

I'm wondering if the dress looks off in the picture because the lighting color looks off due to all the cameras and lighting?  She's quite ravishing in green. However, I did hear that she LOVED the Jimmy Choo's she had on last night.

Since the story about Teri White is a feature, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to access it later via the News section on CBS.com.

That reminds me I forgot to comb Sherlock today.  Keith said he picked up some burs.  If he would be a good boy and stay on the trail with me it would be ok.

Why don't you take Zack hiking in the woods like your mother did?

Off to cook a pork chop dinner for my family...bye for now!

...And applesauce?

Arrggghh!

I have a jar of chunky applesauce chilling and completely forgot about it until I saw DR Jose's post!

Oh, well, Richard and Rob enjoyed the pork chops, macaroni & cheese, and mixed vegetables anyway.

No worries, DR Ginny.  I was just quoting "The Brady Bunch". ::)

My "A" stands for Allan - my mother's father's first name.  Like Jose, different from my father's middle name, so I'm not a Jr.

Although I am the seventh generation in my family to have the same first and last name.  And, sadly, the last.

That is a bit sad, name wise anyway.  So far Keith's family does not have any boys born a generation after us to carry on the last name.

I remember reading an article in the local paper years ago (it was in an actual newspaper!) about this couple whose baby daughter was just born.  What made it newsworthy was that it was the first time in 135 years that a girl was born into the family!  During all those years, only boys were born.  Weird, huh??

;)

Why don't you take Zack hiking in the woods like your mother did?

Because my mother lives in the wilds of northern NJ, where there are woods.     :)

Zach gets walked [by me] a minimum of 3 to 5 miles per day.  But we're in a suburban enviroment where it isn't safe to let him off the lead.  And also we prefer to keep him tick-free.  He does get to run free at the beach when we visit the Jersey shore.  We'll be there for Thanksgiving, in fact.

Well, here's the print version of the story from CBS.com:

From a Park Bench to the Broadway Stage

And it's actually the lead story on the CBS Evening News page.

-Alas, no video.  Yet. ???
