I actually thought the same thing, Elmore, LOL.  I really do want to go back tomorrow and just friggin' scream at the stupid you-know-what.

I'm hopping off-line now and writing up the (lengthy) bonus features for MONSTER, INC. Then, I'll head back down to start on ZORRO. Yep, they finally arrived today.

In better news, did any of you drink Portland Punch when you were a kid?  It was a syrupy concentrate that you mixed a teaspoon of with water.  Well, there is a magnificent new Portland Punch-esque 100% juice out by Welch's that I got yesterday--Blueberry Pomegranate Grape.  It is the best juice I have ever tasted.  Betsy and the kids are similarly enamored.  I wonder if it might badly stain the luxe clothing of a certain Expedition driver.  ;)

I spend time watching television and walking to the commode.

I finished Michael Tolliver Lives. Cute book. Not great but it was a fun read.

I'm so hungry I could scream. Tomorrow after the procedure I will have a nice lunch. What I don't know but I will eat!

Thursday it will be back to the office.

I am the epitome of what Joe Orton calls "the latent hostility in the middle class."

I'm not quite sure "latent" applies to you, my friend!  ;D

I hope this was the potion that was true.  You know, the potion that was in the vessel with the pestle.

(Or was it in the chalice from the palace?  Oh, my...)

DR Ben - You have my sympathies for what you're going through right now.  For lunch tomorrow, I'd recommend Chat 'n' Chew and I'd recommend taking Thursday off, too.

Well, I've survived the first of my 3-month stint as secretary for the grantwriter group.  Thank goodness for laptops and word processing!  I'll sure be glad to see Ritika return from India.

No, no -- the pellet with the poison is in the vessel with the pestle. The chalice from the palace has the brew that is true.

Unless they broke the chalice from the palace -- and put the pellet with the poison in the flagon with the dragon. Then the brew that is true is in the vessel with the pestle.

All of this is covered in explicit detail in HD Moods:  Potions.

Speaking of eating things, DR Ben, after your procedure, have some yogurt. It's good for restoring bacteria to your colon.

Well, our very own troublemaker, 3D Diffusion, who loves to snipe at me or anyone from this site over at FSM has posted the following, having to do with what I talked about in today's notes - the first line is something she quoted from another post, a post from someone agreeing with the reasons I might be upset about this little brouhaha:

"don't mean to begrudge La La Land at all - free market! - but I absolutely understand why Bruce might be a little nonplussed."

Oh, he's more than nonplused. Perhaps you don't know what he means when he says, repeatedly, "Let the games begin."

It means he's now going to indulge in an unrelenting war against LaLaLand for the next ten years or so...never mind if their original purpose was totally innocent...he doesn't think so, and that's all that matters.

To which I responded:

I think you have this switched around a bit, dear Altamese.

I'm quite certain you don't know Bruce Kimmel well enough to predict one single thing about how he really feels or what he will do in future over anything based on a few words written out of frustration...a frustration he has most certainly moved on past.

Surely it is you who indulges in unrelenting wars against people...for whatever reasons (witness your ugly post to this thread).

I assure you, you will always get the fuzzy end of the lollipop in such dust-ups. You're no match for the likes of Bruce Kimmel.

Merde!  I'd forgotten all about the flagon with the dragon.   Gadzooks!

You could go back and park next to her driver's side as close as she parked next to you...but be away from your car for a looooong time. ;)

The new list of Warner's Archive releases for this week: Including all 6 of the Gordon Scott Tarzan films....woohoo!!!

http://www.wbshop.com/New-Releases/ARCHIVENEW,default,sc.html

I'll be waiting for them to be combined into a value pak release

They already are DR MattH. You can buy them individually, or all in a value pak.

I couldn't get George to play. He is usually right in the middle of things. Ginny was finally being quiet.

They announced on the news today that they will start the H1N1 shots on thursday for people with kids under 6months, kids under 5 and people with illnesses. I have to find out if i am eligible (since i am with my niece 4 days a week).

There have been a lot of troubles with lines here and people not respecting the order. i'm not even sure how so many people have tried to get shots since it was only supposed to be health workers who were eligible.

They are going to try a coupon system where you go and get the coupon saying what time you have to be back. At least that way kids don't have to wait in the lines for hours.

I just had my second SKYPE with the L.A. producer.  Is it possible I have stumbled across a really nice and genuine person in the film industry?
