I got up five minutes before the CDs and Cason arrived. We then went to work, got everything packaged, packaged up the big orders, put postage on two boxes that needed them and were to the post office by a little after ten - pretty amazing. Unfortunately, the post office was insane so it took another half-hour to get the two packages that needed to be scanned in done but Cason was on his way to the airport by the time he needed to be, at eleven. I then took all the big boxes to the UPS Store and got those on their way. Heaven forbid one of the employees, all of whom saw me lugging in these boxes, should have told me I had a box there to pick up - so now I have to go back and get it. It's a big box o' Cherry Ripes.

I'm curious have most people in the US gotten their H1N1 shots yet?

I believe they are closing down here on friday.

It wasn't name-dropping. It was a verbal assault. And since the four young people raving about seeing NINE on the soap were more likely to see SAW XXV, it was even more ridiculous. Now, if they'd given the rave about the movie to any of the gay characters, I'd think it was funny but they'd have been accised of stereotyping, I suspect.

I had a marvelous afternoon of leisure viewing. I began with two episodes of THE MENTALIST. The first was with the two girls missing and presumed dead: one was found under her car and the other stumbled into a convenience store the next day suffering from exposure and without her memory. This was a fine mystery that I enjoyed revisiting.

The second episode had to do with the recent window who comes on to patrick asking him to hold her. A rather obvious mystery, of course, but entertaining nevertheless.

Then, I began watching some shows that were on the DVR. I began with NCIS from last night. Gibbs' dad was in town (Ralph Waite guest starring) and the mystery of a dead Marine who had recently conerted to Muslim was pretty easy to solve.

Then I watched NCIS: LA with a series of murders and/or attempts on the lives of Marines who had served in a unit. This one was pretty easy to solve too if one just looked at the way each murder or attempted murder was committed. Very easy to spot the perp.

Next I watched the CASTLE rerun from Monday night. This was the episode with the murder of the young rock star. I remember not ggetting it right the first time the show aired this season, and although I remembered later in the episode who was the killer, I also saw where I went wrong the first time.

I skimmed through today's ONE LIFE TO LIVE. DR ELmore was right. It was an enjoyable episode because my fellas were on and looking fine (well, poor, deceitful Nick is still none the worse for wear, but it's makeup so I can understand why he looks that way). Hope we get to see more of them this week.

I didn't get any review material in the mail today, but I did get my latest Warner Archive order of those early talkie musicals, and I got EVERY LITTLE STEP which I got from Amazon Marketplace at a substantial discount. I'll look at it tonight.

Since I really don't like this actress' work very much, it's always fun to find really good photos of her. This is a beauty.
