Well, I need to head downstairs and catch up with yesterday's ONE LIFE TO LIVE. I never got around to skimming through it last night.

I'll likely watch at least one of the BETTER OFF TED episodes before I start thinking about what's for lunch.

Good morning, all! The neighbor above me with the barking dog woke me from a nice sleep around 1:15, from the sound of his squeaking bed while he and whomever had sex until around 1:45, then he/she/they got out of bed and walked around for another 15-30 minutes. I am not amused.

I've been up since 8 this morning burning CDs , but I'd wanted to be moving by 6:30, so I lost 90 minutes this morning because of him. No, I am not amused.

And then to learn that the FINIAN'S RAINBOW move is definitely off was another unhappy bit of news. So far, it's not been a good day.

And I actually quite enjoyed the 2 hour AMERICAN IDOL.  Although the only judge i really like now is simon.  I think some of the guest judges could be interesting. I am looking forward to seeing Kristin Chenoweth and Neil Patrick Harris.

PASSING STRANGE is slated to appear on selected PBS stations tonight as well. I was unimpressed with the clips from the show when it was up for the Best Musical Tony, but I may pop over and look at some of it at some point this evening once my work project is finished.

I am also gonna check this out. I am curious if I will like it.

DR Elmore - sorry to add to your dismal morning:

Jeanne Stephenson

Jeanne was Vera Charles in our infamous production of Auntie Mame and the mother of one of our Peppermint Patties.  One of her retirement jobs was the weekend "free sample" lady at Kroger.  I will miss her smile and twinkly eyes.

I hope your day gets better, DR Elmore.

Thank you, DR Laura; the neighbor above me is now movng about his apartment so I guess the two of them decided it was time to get out of bed. I see the jerk got over eight hours of sleep. Wish I had.

DR Ginny, the news about Jeanne is sad; I liked her very much. She had a lot of awful things to deal with in the 15 years I knew her: her husband died while having sex with his girlfriend who had to call Jeanne to surprise her with the bad news. I'm saving the even more scandalous doings for the memoirs. Through all of it, Jeanne was great about maintaining her sense of humor and graciousness. She was a really good lady and mother. I knew two of her children.

BK, I have a question about your book.  I can't remember if you said, but how far into your life do you plan to take the book?  Are you going to go all the way to the present or will you just cover a certain time frame?

At this time, it's probably going to stop in 1993, which was the year I stopped everything and became a full-time record producer.

I'm up.  It rained a little.  The sun looked like it was coming out, but no, it's quite gray all of a sudden.

CHRISTINE is a crazy movie for sure.

It was an even crazier musical.

Had the brief conversation re the long musical, and have already smoothed out yesterday's writing, and added something I'd forgotten - it was on the list, but I just skipped over it.  It was short and to the point.

Looks like a company called

E1 Entertainment

will be releasing a legal copy of Evening Primrose on DVD

Go to Page 3 of the screen to see the information. There is not much but it looks like it will be out in April
