In actuality, anyone could have released Evening Primrose on DVD - if one had a decent master. The show was, is, and always will be in the public domain - there was no copyright notice on the show, nor was one filed. They're doing this in the same way we did the CD - the lawyers file a Quit Claim, the company indemnifies everyone, and that's that. I'm sure this was done through Steve's lawyers, just as our deal was, and that probably has enabled them to get the Museum's print to use. I've actually known this was happening for over a year.
