It's going to be a late night for me, too, since '24' won't finish until 11 at the earliest (depending on if there is football runover).

What a mess of a schedule!

Today my work project will be Wim Wenders' PARIS, TEXAS which I haven't seen in at least twenty years. Looking forward to revisiting it.

It's a Criterion two-disc set, so that means with the movie being over two hours long and the bonuses having to be housed on a separate disc, I'll be working on this all afternoon and some of this evening.

Don't know when I'll fit in being able to watch the Men's Figure Skating Championship finals. My regular NBC affiliate is carrying this which I'm glad about since we don't have Universal Sports here on Time Warner.

Well, I've finished my morning internet surf and am ready to finish up a few things here and then head downstairs to watch something on the DVR (CASTLE had a rerun last night) before starting on lunch.

There is a marathon in town today, which is in the shape of a figure 8. I am in one of the loops, and so many of the roads are closed today. It will be a very quiet day at church, since many people will not even try to get there. My DH allowed an hour to get to work today instead of the usual ten minutes.

They FINALLY began scheduling the Indianapolis Mini Marathon on Saturday morning instead of Friday after about 10 years of completely disrupted morning rush hour traffic and general confusion and hooliganism.

Can one of our NYC denizens clarify something for me, if you know?  At my gig last night, the bassist was telling me about a MOMA exhibit he went to last year on Abstract Expressionism.  He said one main portion of it was a 19th century guy with progressive mental disease and the exhibit showed a progression from beautiful still lifes to horrible nightmare scenes.  What got me confused is the bassist said this same artist also had images of electroshock therapy and that he was lobotomized.  Obviously either the timeline is off or the bassist is confused about (perhaps) two different artists.  Did any of you see it?  Do you have any idea whom he's referencing?

I of course am wondering if a certain Scientologist "author" wrote the exhibit descriptions, LOL.

For the past several weeks I've been going on about 5 hours of sleep a night.  Between last night and the night before I slept 18 hours. I feel much better.  I keep thinking I should go to the office and do some work today, but I was so exhausted last week that I think I'm better off taking one more day off.

DR Jose might know. Did you check the MOMA site? There might be a contact page for questions on previous exhibits.

This new FINIAN'S recording sounds fantastic!

We are working tomorrow, even though it's MLK day.  I like to take it off, but I have a number of potential clients who wanted to come in on their day off so I decided to work.

It's really foggy here and has been for several days.  It's the snow melting into humid air.  At least the snow is melting

Watching some more SEA HUNT episodes.  Mr Wayne Mallory (brother of Guy Madison), Edson Stroll, and Anthony George are among those featured in the episodes.....and Ms Jan Harrison is back in a couple of shows as some different gals....and one episode features Maris Wrixon.....
