I wish I could have stayed in touch but I had the worst luck. My lap top died, I tried the library several times but while I could look at the site, I couldn't post and (to my amazement), you are not allowed to send or receive emails from there either.

Sheena is doing fine. I though I was going to have to give her up a couple of times but somehow something always happened that kept us together.

The house is livable but not what I wanted. There is still a lot of work to do.

It's a very, very, very, very long story that I hardly know where to start.

The upshot is that:

I sued Turner and won.

He still hasn't paid me anything so I have find a collection agent.

I turned him into the Fl Dept of Business and Pro Regs--they are VERY interested in him but they move like snails

I turned him in to the permitting Department and got his permitting privileges pulled in the City of Tampa, City of Plant City, City of Temple Terrace and the whole County.

I was on a local News Channel 3 times about my story.

The bad thing I'll never trust anyone as much again.

Turner had 30 years in the business. Had a B on the BBB webpage, stated he was an "Angies List Award Winner" (not true as I came to find out) and seemed like a really nice guy.

As my lawyer pointed out, I had no reason to think that he would do what he did.
