I like cheese a lot, but I don't cook many dishes which use it, so I have no recipes or suggestions about its use in cooking. And other than limberger, I can't think of any cheese that I've tasted that I don't like.

I'm looking forward to watching the PROJECT RUNWAY episode today while I eat lunch. Like DR Jennifer, I had to make some tough decisions last night about what I wanted to watch for fun, and I opted for BURN NOTICE over PROJECT RUNWAY.

TOD:  I like Swiss, provolone, those mozerella (that can't be spelled correctly) cheese strings, colby, cheedar.  Hate any kind of processed cheese.  The Lovely Wife makes a wonderfully cheesy pasta as a delicious side dish with parmesan.

Wasn't 40 POUNDS OF TROUBLE yet another remake of LITTLE MISS MARKER? I saw it on Saturday Night at the Movies eons ago, and that's what I remembered about it. But I may be mistaken.

Guess I'll close up shop here for a bit and head downstairs to see what needs tending to with our bad weather before starting on lunch preparation.

I got up about two minutes before the doorbell rang.  I guess I'll package up these orders and get out of here.

Saturday morning afternoon greetings!  I managed to sleep until 8:30 this morning (late for me), read The Lost Symbol for a while, then fixed a pecan waffle breakfast for Richard and me.  This was my first time working in our kitchen in a week and I had to stop and think about where to find things.  Read the papers and some more of my book before getting on line and, voila, it's past noon.

I am awake and semi-conscious (having had a cup of coffee).

Am filled with ennui for some reason.  Oh,all right.  It might have to do with being tired and ambivalent toward doing much of anything today.

Perhaps rest is the ticket!

I just got an email from TCB! Did one of you DRs drive him off while I was away? Hopefully, the answer is no and he will return to us today.

Today DR JANE and SHERLOCK are having dog visitors.  Hilarity will ensue.

i hope not too much, praying the rain holds off.  the temps are dropping so it could snow instead.

I really like swiss cheese and feta!

I use cheese when making: macaroni, shepherd's pie, lasagna, and cannelloni.

I have a recipe for chicken pot pie that i want to try this week. And I believe there is some chesse in it.

I spent the day printing newsletters. I used the old machine (the one that has given me so much trouble) because the one they brought out for us to try (and hopefully sign a service contract on) printed such AWFUL photos. So I guess I'll be sending it back.

It's what I've always called it! And those kinds of moons are very common around here. Even larger and oranger sometimes.

we went for a short hike before it began raining. ;)  unfortunately the pups have not arrived yet.  i preferred they came in the house dry after playing outside.  the later they arrive the less time they will have to visit :(
