Robert DOwney is also clean cut tonight.

He and his wife looked terrific. I lloved her striped dress.  Not too many people could wear that.

They just said "we're minutes away from the big event."  45 minutes is a lot of minutes.

Michael Douglas' father similarly ruined his face with five too many facelifts.

So, in the past week, I saw three motion pictures, two of which were ineligible for Oscars this year:
SHUTTER ISLAND, which I like the more I think about it.
THE WOLF MAN, which I like less the more I think about it.
and
CRAZY HEART, which is not a great film, but, has great music and the greatness that is Jeff Bridges.

Isn't CRAZY HEART just another way of doing TENDER MERCIES. I sounded almost identical to me when I read a summary of the plot.

TENDER MERCIES had a better script and director. . .CRAZY HEART is taken from a novel which I intend to read. . .but, though there are similarities, it is a different story. . .Robert Duvall is integral to both, however.

They've remade Tron?  Just shoot every executive in Hollywood.

In 3D!

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. A very fine day for purging, with the goal of not ending up on an episode of "Hoarders".

I hear ya!

Purging is good exercise, apparently. I have used every muscle. Owwww. I think it's Miller Time.

Why do these do these interviews in a little picture in picture while the screen is filled with other people - it is so disrespectful.

Not yet - save that for the Disney TV group's remake of "Singing In the Rain" or the 3D IMAX remake of "Casablanca" starring Mr and Mrs Matthew Broderick.

I'm sure if they thought REALLLL hard, they could have come up with something more original than remaking Tron.
