Sorry I disappeared, but my computer started acting up.

Very happy with the acting, directing and picture awards.

My only real disappointments were in the screenplay awards. I would have liked to have seen UP IN THE AIR and INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS win those.

I think I won the Oscar pool with my former movie group. It's kind of funny. When I see all the movies, I don't win. When I only see a few I win. I have to wait though, there are two people who may have send their ballots directly to the organizer and not to the rest of us

I did get a lot done around the house this weekend. That always feels good. I had intended to do my taxes. I didn't get that done, but there is still plenty of time to do that
