I'm up and awaiting the arrival of CDs.  Looks like a nice day outside.  I had a great night's sleep, I must say.

My grammar is messed up in the blurb, I just realized.  Oh well....the editors at the STAR will fix it.

DR Ginny - So, when you caption that pic, do you also list the person's name in addition to the pattern/design? ;)

A car. It's black. And has a full tank of gas.

That's all I know, and that's all that matters.

I am reading 2 books from the library right now:  THE RED LEATHER DIARY and Dacre Stoker's DRACULA THE UN-DEAD, the latter of which would indeed give DR Jane nightmares.

I look forward to reading your reaction to Diary.

I'm not fond of Dracula stories, yet we watched ZOMBIELAND last night, at my suggestion ;D

Thanks for the tips re: sore backs.

DR Jeanne will the homeopathic arnica really help?  It's a recurring lower back thing. I have a health food store like 5 minutes away.

Also DR Jane, i do have a heating pad although not one you can soak with water. I wonder if i should use it more. I feel like there is a spot on my left lower back that is constantly inflammed.

This one somehow works like a moist heat, you place a towel between you and the pad, yet no water is involved.  It is all electric.  If you feel the spot is inflamed I suggested using ice.  Do you have a soft ice pack you can re-freeze?  I sometimes alternated ice & heat.

DR ELMORE - I have never received such booty in the mail....please thank Mr Hercules.  I shall now watch the DVD again, and hopefully he received some of the money I spent on it.

Mr Hercules says the singers were paid for the performance and received nothing for the taping because Spoleto and the producers said they had no money. He thinks the video was good exposure - literally - and great publicity so he isn't at all bitter.

Yuck--been sick with a cold all weekend and I'm home from work today because I'm still drowsey from the NyQuil.  But the coughing-sneezing-wheezing-blahs have come to a hault, at least.

Hmmm...I wonder how many HHWers have ever seen this 1969 made in Florida version of THE WIZARD OF OZ.

The films producer/director claimed that he was negotiating with Judy Garland to do the n'arration. I wonder how many milliseconds it took her agent to say "No!" Hee, hee!

The actress playing Mombi seems to be channeling Dorothy Neumann as the witch in Roger Corman's The Undead.

I was a little bit afraid of clicking on this--I though every film that was made in Florida in 1969 was a nudie flick.
