No icing for me  Jane - I hate the cold and even though I have been told repeatedly that icing is good for muscle pain I am having none of it - if it cannot be cured by either a heating pad or a hot shower than it just must be borne!

So Jose you have an Ipad already or were you using someone else's?  I rea a glowing report about it in Time - we still have the old compaq desktop here -

but as long as the hamster still runs in its little wheel and keeps the 11 ich screen a glowing I don't foresee an update coming....

The Vixter is going to be 17!?  Really?  My how time DOES fly! I remember the girl who loved her American Doll.  I guess those days are long gone.  Sigh.

All the best to Vixter!

I say that because icing really helps a bruise.  I also hate icing.  I had to practically live with ice packs for my shoulder.  It doesn't have to be real cold.  A soft re-freezable pack is more comfortable & a dishtowel wrapped around it helps, or put it over your clothing.

I don't have an iPad. I was just giving one a spin in the Apple Store.

...And after about 15 minutes, I could already tell that I really don't need nor want one right now.  For me, it really is just like a larger iPhone/iTouch.  It would basically just be an expensive piece of electronic equipment that I'd be afraid of damaging out in public.  It really is quite a "Toy", but I just don't the use for one now.

DR Cillaliz, i was wondering since DWTS is on tonight, have you and your mom picked your favorites yet?

I'd say my first favorite is nicole and derek. And my second favorite is evan and anna. Even though i've never liked her she's growing on me and i find she works very well with him, so i'm liking them as a team even though i didn't think i would.

OMG!!!!!  I agree with you :D

You're very welcome, DR DakotaCelt!  I enjoyed showing off Cincinnati and introducing you to Montgomery Inn (and re-introducing you to Graeter's  ;)).  Did you find something more fun to do Saturday than sit around the airport?

DR vixmom - OUCH! ~~~~~PAIN FREE VIBES TO YOU~~~~~

*And proper fitting shoes too! ;)

**I just overhauled my "shoe wardrobe", and I've noticed that my feet have settled into a slightly smaller size than I've been buying over the past couple of years.  I guess all the walking I've been doing has been doing something. ;)

***And, WOW! What a difference it makes to wear properly fitting shoes after not wearting properly fitting shoes for a while.
