This morning when the clock radio came on there was a song playing that I have heard a few times recently called NEED YOU NOW.  As I was listening to it, I decided that I really needed to find out who the song was by.  I know that this particular radio station has a website that can tell you every song they have played in the last twenty-four hours.  All the time I was taking my morning medicine, getting dressed, and making the coffee; I kept trying to remember what the web address was for that station.

I sat down at the computer, signed into AOL, and the story that greeted me was entitled "NEED YOU NOW is a Pop and Country Hit."

That was an eerie start to the day.

Good morning, DR TCB!

Go to Amazon.com and go to their Music section. They will allow you to look up a song title and tell you what recordings it is on. Then you can hopefully have a listen. I hope this helps.

Hello all!

I must say that I am in a very quiet house so far today.  I guess all the running/chasing/playing has caught up with my two dogs and they are taking the Day Of Rest serious.

Sheena is snoring on the couch and Toby is laying beside me.

I finely found Mr. T's lost tags in the yard.  Funny but they were in the section I thought they would be and I know I went over it over and over but couldn't find them.  Then yesterday, Poof!, there they were!  I guess they just got covered by the dirt/leaves and it took a day or two for them to churn back up to the top.

I'm glad to hear that DR Jane is back to walks with Sherlock.  :)

Miss Dixie is looking good!

I think I'm successfully keeping her weight down, I'll know for sure in a couple weeks when she goes in for her yearly.   Damn though, she sure has a lot of muscle strength.

And it's a rainy morning here in NYC too.  Perfect for lazing in bed and listening to NPR for a couple of hours.

I can't say I'm really looking forward to this week.

Friday is my bosses last day and Tuesday is the 3rd anniversary of when I took Mom to the hospital.

On the plus side, I took some of my income tax money and bought myself a new blue ray player (never had one before) and it can connect to wireless internet (which I have) so now I can watch instant movies from Netflix on the TV.  I've done it on the computer before but it's cool to see them on a larger screen.

I love Netflix.  I've come to the point where I don't bother buying DVD's anymore (no disrespect to those of you who do).  To be honest, I haven't watched a movie in the past year that I enjoyed enough to want to own.   My house is to small to hold a very big collection anyway.

One viewing time is more then enough for most of them--Like "Full Moon".  I watched that last night and was so bored that I almost turned it off.

Did anyone else feel that Bella is a very, very self centered creature.  Lord help the vampires if she is turned.  I'm 18--I'm aging!  I'm soooo old! Turn me now!  Please.  Give me a break.   ::)

Miss Dixie's Morning:

This was a new spot for both of us, the Acmetonia Elementary School's yard, just a short drive (less than 5 minutes) down the road.

Nice photos!

Thanks Jose, Cilla & Danise.

Last night I dreamt dogs were jumping on me & I kept waking up as I was falling.  Finally I just stayed awake & finished reading my book.  I was fine yesterday when a 45 pound dog jumped on me & was surprised to have the dreams.  Five months ago today I had my surgery, possibly the combination triggered the dreams I hope never to have again.

Can you just feel her ribs?  Does she cave in a little on the sides when she is wet?  If no to these questions she may need to lose more weight.

GOOD neighbor vibes for DR elmore!!!  I thought about you when I was reading the book I just finished.  It takes place around 1902 and one of the characters is about to open a play, BABES IN TOYLAND. :)

Or...

It's a song by Lady Antebellum. Here's the VIDEO.

Reichen Lehmkuhl is starring in MY BIG GAY ITALIAN WEDDING.  Since I am doubting that he has suddenly blossomed into a Tony-caliber actor; I am assuming that he, at least, takes his shirt off in this prodcution.

That is what was so weird.  The first thing that popped up on AOL was all of the information I could ever ask for in one big article - including the ability to listen to the full song.  I have never heard of Lady Antebellum before, but I like the song!
