Back from a fun visit to our local Vera Bradley retailer and an Applebee's lunch with my friend Cathy. Since coming home, I've made chicken salad and baked a cherry pie for dinner. Don't be to impressed about the pie, I bought it pre-made and frozen - just had to bake it.
