And I also got the DVD of SATAN IN HIGH HEELS starring the one and only Grayson Hall!

I really was fond of Grayson. I wish I'd seen her in HAPPY END.

I thought he was in Manhattan. Or am I confusing him with another?

You are confusing Adam Chandler in NYC with Adam Riviere who is an Apple.

Wow! You know a plethora of Adams! I only know Adam Cates.

I was wrong about my date with Mr Skip Kennon today, so I will now wander home from Toyland.

For anyone watching tv tonight the President is supposed to be speaking at 8pm. I noticed my tv's guide changed the time for some shows.

I had to go through some hoops to get Apple on the phone.  I went to Google to search the backup problem and the first thing I clicked on was on the Apple page - it didn't answer my prob but there was a form there to be connected instantly on the phone to a technician.  I did the form, got a call, fixed the screen saver thing (which had gone back to its default settings) and then he switched me over to a Time Machine expert - when reconfiguring the Time Machine yesterday (and renaming it), it de-selected the device in the Time Machine backup.  All I had to do was select the device, put in my password, and voila.

Select the Device

That was one of my favorite episodes of the old OUTER LIMITS series.

Hello from Hugo's. Had yummy food, saw my pal Anne Kerry Ford and am waiting for my check, after which I'll do a few errands and whatnot.

No invoices yet - and I gave her the opportunity to drop them off at Hugo's, too.  We'll see how today plays out and then I'll have to figure out what's next if she doesn't get them here today.

I am beginning to feel like a victim on PUNK'D.  It is pouring down rain torrentially here, so I have spent the last hour in the leaking mudroom exploring every nook and cranny (and also every crook and nanny), without a drop to be seen.  Yet I know when I return later there will be a pool of water at the lowest point.

My feeling is probably exaggerated by my having gotten the 10 DVD set of CANDID CAMERA over the years, in order to share it with the kids.  The temp service I managed once provided temps to Mr. Allen Funt (we saved the check).  It was during his early cable phase when he was doing naughtier bits.  We were asked to select uptight secretary types and tell them they were going to be part of a market research group for a new air freshener.  We sent them to a nice hotel in Vancouver, Washington, where they were told to spray various air fresheners and give their opinion.  As they were doing that, a naked man walked in and started doing push-ups.  :)

Off to the 5th grade "clap out" for Zach.  His official graduation ceremony was this morning.  It was extremely moving as they paid homage to one of his classmates, a sweet little girl who has endured two years of surgeries and much suffering due to a tumor on her brainstem.  They've removed most of the tumor, but she had a stroke during the second surgery and has paralyzed vocal chords and is walking only with the aid of a walker.  Two other girls read a very moving section of her blog today.  I was a basket case by the time it was over.
