And I did do those moves shown in your video. I was an adult when it became popular again and it hurt, especially my back. Ha ha. If you tried hoopnotica you'd see what i mean by hurt. Not a sore back during or after. I'm talking actual pain when it goes around your waist (a lot of pain). But it gets less and less each time. I'm surprised i'm not bruised. The pictures on the facebook page are astonishing. These people are black and blue!I didn't know you could do the dance movies with a regular hoop. I've never seen anyone be able to make it go around their neck or knees.I used to be able to move it up to my neck and then down to my knees and back up. I could make it go from my neck down my arm and back up.I also meant bruising. I'm a tender thing. I have never been able to hula hoop - not even as a child - it just falls straight down

I wish I could have a pet, but I'm only home and awake a few hours a day. It seems too cruel to try and be a good pet owner on that time schedule.

He's almost to the budget we set without even doing the cement. I told him to just send me the bill and we'll just leave it at that. I'm sorry it didn't work out. I can do the painting and touch up myself.
I bought myself a slice of birthday cake at the supermarket this afternoon. I seem to be going through a major depression at the moment.
