Well, I finally figured out how to fix the issue with my new iPod splitting albums into different tracks.  I probably did it the hard way and lost some functionality, but at least Chicago and Mamma Mia! aren't all mixed up anymore!

Jennifer I'm glad you are feeling better today-vibes you continue to improve!

It's definitely better than yesterday. Just not sure how much of it is because of the meds.  yesterday it was really bad when i was trying to get up from lying down.

I can't think of anything else I could have done in this case. That's the best feeling I can have at this point in the trial

:)

News not what I had hoped for, but I was dealing with 5 snitches against my client alleging he's in a major Mexican drug ring.  Most of them were his family members, so....  I still feel ok about it.  I can't think of anything I would have done differently. It was a credibility case and I think one person (my guy) against 5 just didn't cut it.

Has anybody noticed that Amazon is cutting their discounts on upcoming TV seasons like MEDIUM and LAW & ORDER: SVU?

In the past you could pre-order L&O for $42-$44.  Now it's $54.

Same with MEDIUM and a couple of others.

Don't they know that we're in a recession?

Spoke too soon about our network issues being resolved.  DS Rob is getting very frustrated!

So, DS Rob is getting frustrated.  Well, tell him he will glad he waited when he gets to his honeymoon.

I am wondering if Laura is getting any rain.  My friend in Lost Wages just sent me an e-mail saying that they were in the middle of a big storm; with rain, hail, thunder, and lightning.

Finally back.  The mix session took a little longer than I thought it would because I'm very methodical about this stuff.  But it sounds really great, amazing really and a big improvement, at least to my ears.  Then I left and had to endure grotesque traffic on Laurel Canyon - I finally took Ventura Blvd and went way out of my way to get to the mail place.  And it is broiling out - in fact, you might be able to broil a steak on the sidewalk.   If I'm to jog, I have to do so soon, since I'm supping somewhere around seven-thirty.

No. But my head has been hurting since Saturday.
