Catching up with the new season of "Foyle's War" tonight, while editing pix from Africa.

Here's a shot taken from a bus traveling through Cape Town on a foggy, overcast day.

A long traveling day for me. When I got home, I did banking, picked up my new glasses, went to Verizon so they could help me with the Apps. Went to get to get two pairs of new shoes, went to weight watchers and then went home and wrote a bit more of the book I am putting together and doing some research for it. And now I am going to bed.

Oh TOD
I was very young maybe around 4 or 5. I was having cereal. The Trix are for kids kind. There was a toy inside. A Jumping Rabbit. You pressed down on it on a spring contraption and let goes and it jumps. After the third or fourth time I did it. It jumped and I couldn't find it afterwards

I think I have to miss the Gardenia event tomorrow.  Wish I still lived on Hollywood Blvd.  It's supposed to be really hot in the valley (and at work) tomorrow, which just wipes me out.  I don't do well in the heat.  So will probably just go home after work.

I'm going to be really sad if I do.  :'(

Keeping my hopes high that I'm still going to make the show at 9pm.

Speaking of making an appointment at Kaiser.   I was to have stopped eating/drinking anything with caffeine, acid, or heavy spices 8 years ago.   To help my stomach/acid/etc.   Never listened or did what they said.  Now I regret it.

But who wants to give up coffee in the morning, or chocolate, or Indian food, or Thai food, or all the other really good things.

Boring food, blah.

Wow, it's 9:20, bed time.  8)  I like sleep.  8)

Earliest memory from childhood, a white dress with gold stars, for Christmas eve. :)

BIG NEWS
(to me)

I am so excited.  Next Monday (Labor Day), MTV2 is scheduled to show a mini-marathon of their series HIGH SCHOOL STORIES.  And one of the episodes they have scheduled is my episode, "Warrior Pride."

Now I just need to figure out what time the show is going to be seen on the West Coast.  The MTV2 schedule says that All Times Are Eastern STANDARD Time.
That's great!!!  Will you make DVD's for all of us? :)

If he doesn't, I can.

Oooooh! I want!

Me, too.

Got it.

Finished writing my contextual commentary for the show, and have also finished figuring out what will be a pretty amusing "hidden" track on our show release.

I'm probably the only one with a working DVD burner hooked up to a working VCR/DVR/TiVo.
