I'm happy that it's Halloween since I feel like eating chocolate.

Hopefully either my sister will have some chocolate left, my niece will share some with me, or maybe some nice people will give me a bar or two for dressing up and braving the cold (it does happen).

A friend of mine gave me a painting that she bought in Venice, Italy - lovely colors.....no room in my house, so she told me it was all right to pass it along to my brother.

He put it in a little alcove between the dining room and the kitchen in his house.

Thank you Laura. Now I have another day to be nervous about doing the first injection. The needle really is very, very small & works with a pump. Rashes on the sites will be more bothersome then the injection.

Great news the exercises helped. Keith had that & could barely walk. The doctor gave him a shot of cortisone and now he has problems from the shot.

Whatever Happened to Baby Jane is why I never want my siblings to ever take care of me, lol. It's a creepy movie. If you like the good old fashioned psychotic woman movies...this is the best

I had plantar fascitis (can't spell it either) a while back. It took 6 months for me to get better. The exercises stretching the back of the calf helped me the most. That and Aleve. Aleve is my answer to all pain. Have you seen a chiropractor for your back? Maybe you just need an adjustment

Aleve has never done a thng for me, but I'd sure love a vicodin.

I would suggest 1500 mg of Vicodin. It works most of the time.
