9 oz of low fat sliced ham

1 package of instant oatmeal

1 takeaway portion of cheddar/potato soup

4 "fun size" snickers bars

487 cups of coffee

I have my mate full of yerba mate this morning. I hope it helps me concentrate enough to write my story on yerba mate.

Yerba mate is not the name of my next novel.

what the heck is yerba mate?

It's a tea-like drink from Argentina that's supposedly packed with vitamins and minerals while it lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, reduces aging, increased the libido, stimulates the immune system, breaks down fat, suppresses appetite, increases focus and basically does everything but the dishes. You drink it out of a gourd, too. Yippee.

I actually kinda like it.

where do I get it?

Look next to the tea bags in a good supermarket.

Well, tonight's "Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol" went well...the invited audience thoroughly enjoyed it.

The light were still a bit troublesome, but we were able to run the few scenes that needed work and were able to fix what needed to be fixed.

Tomorrow is the official opening night.

We were told that Sunday's performance has less than 10 tickets AND at least one other performance is sold out!

The theater only has about 75 seats, so that's actually not too difficult.
