Afternoon all.

I am not feeling well. As Elmore says, I'm feeling puny.

Don't know what happened but it started around 9pm last night with a stomach ache (that sounds like 3rd grade, "Mom, my stomache hurts") and other general aches all over. I also felt nauseated but I couldn't throw up. I ended up taking Tylenol PM and got to sleep but when I woke up I knew I was in shape to volunteer today so I took the day off. I've been sleeping most of the day. I woke up about a half hour ago and I feel better but I'm glad I have the weekend to recuperiate because we have a busy week ahead of us at the Basket Project.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Feel Better Anti-Puny Vibes for DR Ben! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Two gripes today: no money yet from my Nov 30 invoice on the McGlinnventory and does anybody hate these Regis and Kelly commercials for TD Bank as much as I?
I was going to guess "Lock Up Your Daughters," but that doesn't fit the clue.
I have that on CD. I love the show.  I love Henry Fieldng's comedy "Rape Upon Rape" as much, but I do think the editorial job on the book for "Lock Up Your Daughters" improves much of Fielding.
Spoo! I see the CD is now out of print. I wish they'd release the movie on DVD.
Awww...
'The Closer,' With Kyra Sedgwick, Will End Next Year
Maybe they're smart to go while the going is good. I love the series but I do have it all on DVD.
They said the woman really liked him, but halfway home she remembered that her daughter is allergic to cats. Sigh.
I have no idea. I'm glad she got him back before they packed up the bus to leave. She would have taken him to the shelter, and that's where he got sick.
What does a bus ticket cost to send Spats to live with me?
LOL --I'd love to, Elmore. But you'd have to come here to fill out the paperwork. I don't own him.
Damn!
On to other bad news: the Philharmonic will stage a concert of COMPANY with Neil Patrick Harris and that's the good part. The bad part is that the idiots at the Philharmonic who hired Lonny Price to direct that abortion production of CAMELOT for them have invited him back to prevent - I mean "present" - COMPANY. Complete fools!
I love Fielding, but I don't think I've read that one. Looks like fun.
Somehow Lonny P. gets hired for all of that stuff and the reviews are all polite at best.
Maybe Neil Patrick H's Bobby will be like his self-parody in the Harold and Kumar movies.
I don't know why but I am so happy. I took my niece on Sunday to ride the Christmas train and so she could bring in her picture to Santa. There was a contest where 30 kids get to have breakfast with Santa. My sister just called and my niece won. :)
Because it is exciting news. :)
