Dang. They returned him.
They said the woman really liked him, but halfway home she remembered that her daughter is allergic to cats. Sigh.

How does one forget something crucial like that?

Keith said you are both on the same page.

I'm just glad it wasn't because of his behavior. Like it was with Joshie.

So that is why you kept Joshie-lol.  Is Spats still spending the nights with you?

Back from a delightfully delightful lunch with the helper and her friend Jessica.  Jessica is very nice.  Then the helper and I went to storage and pulled all the music for the January show.  I still have to get a couple of things, but all the important stuff was there, including, thankfully, the entire vocal chart for the nightmare Maguire Sisters' Getting Married Today.

... the whole "wireless-ed" element - Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, etc. - well, word gets around for better or worse.

Tumblr? There's a new thing out there?

So sorry Spats got returned, but clearly the people didn't think it through so they may not have been the best place for him anyway.

Can he go on the adoption bus again tomorrow?

I had a nice day with my family.  Of course they all acted like nothing happened, so I just went with it.  It was good to see Gabe.  We all went out to lunch and then I headed back home.  They are expecting a blizzard later tonight and we are going to have 1-2 inches of snow with up to 45 mph winds.   I will say just spending a few hours with the family was about right.

Thanks Laura.  I'm really glad I didn't stay there for the blizzard though.  They are going to get 4-8 inches of snow with 45 mph winds.   We're supposed to get 2-4 with the same winds.   Driving will be pretty much out of the question tomorrow.

We went to a Chinese Restaurant that had a huge plate of food - entree, soup, egg roll or crab rangoon and steamed or fried rice for $5.50.   I decided it was a good day to pick up the check.
