I've been doing CD stuff for many hours - listening to masters, revising liner notes, etc.  Also attended a Christmas partay, and that was fun.  Shortly I'll be supping at the Eclectic Cafe and seeing a show.

We're having a blizzard at the moment.   It's snowing and the wind is gusting to 45 mph.  Ah, this is what I've been waiting for.  Being officially told not to go anywhere.   OK.

We are expecting between 3 and 8 inches here in Western Washington during the next 24 to 36 hours.  Unfortunately, our inches are in rain, instead of snow.  This storm is courtesy of The Pineapple Express.

It's Rave in the Nave time again, and this time it's Betsy and her Comedy Moms group.  Tonight Betsy will regale the audience with the Nativity Story as Jews would tell it.  It's very funny.

Will there be a youtube video to watch?

Has anyone ever watched hockey in 3D? It is so bizarre. They are having a special showing tonight of Montreal vs Toronto in 3D. I watched a bit. It's quite something.

Almost time for COPS.

The new Facebook improvements are once again unnecessary and of no use.

And be aware that EVERYONE can now see Wall Posts even if they are wall to wall.....or so they say.

One of the best things about the holidays is that it allows you to indulge in certain traditions.

Here is one of my favorite new Christmas Traditions.

Spats got adopted today. They said they think this one would take.

I am a little sorry to hear that.  I was trying to figure out how long it would take me (round trip) to get down south and adopt Spats.

I do, too.  Thanks for the card and for the health wishes, DR TCB!

Thanks also to DRs Vixmom and JRand!

We are back from a lovely dinner at Bravo.  It's raining pretty hard and it's windy and getting colder.  No one here, including the Vicar, would be heartbroken if we were unable to make the trip to Lima tomorrow...

T.O.D.

The Original Cast Recording of SEESAW has always been the music of my one great love affair.  He was married and I was the kooky artist, only in this case I was an actor instead of a dancer.

The song THE WAY WE WERE brings a lot of romantic memories to mind.
THE MUSIC THAT MAKES ME DANCE is another life song for me.

As for a feel good song...................

Hmmm, I will have to think about that one.

Almost every river in Western Washington has now been put on Flood Warning.  They are expecting them all to hit flood stage tomorrow.  In addition to the rain causing the flooding, the Pineapple Express has raised the freezing level to 8,000 feet and that is causing all the lowland snow to melt and pour into the rivers, as well.

I don't think either of us are having breakfast with Santa. I think it's just for the kids. But we'll only see when we get there.

I can't wait till tomorrow night. Season finale of TAR. I am curious who people here are rooting for. I cannot decide. I really want an all female team. But i can't decide which one i want to win.

Oh and for CBS viewers i think there are 2 football games. So probably delays for you. :(

I wonder if the finale will be delayed for us too. Or if they are allowed to show it at 8pm.

I don't understand these whole new anti-piracy measures on Facebook.  The first screen comes up showing my
