I wonder if Survivor will be delayed here. I'm guessing since part of the finale is live that we will have to wait until it starts on CBS.

I decorated 5 dozen sugar cookies that my mom and niece baked.  They actually look too good to eat!

I went to see Sunset Blvd today at the Signature Theatre in Arlington, VA.  It was very enjoyable.  Florence Lacey plays Norma, DB Bonds is Joe and Susan Derry plays Betty Schaefer.

The stage is surrounded by the audience on three sides.  The designers were very creative in the use of limited space.  The staircase is on the left side of the stage as opposed to the center.  The orchestra is above and behind the stage in a very small space.  The car is on a track at the back of the stage but also runs on electricity according to the tour "guides" ( I went on a "backlot tour" after the show.  Two of the actors were the guides--the aforementioned Susan Derry and another actor who had one of the smaller roles.

Well, she's mad at the doctor for not letting her go home, and she argued something fierce with the social worker who was asking too many questions. I want to be just like her when I grow up.

I wouldn't be happy about a social worker unless I agreed to one.  Does the woman have family?

I don't have a tree being Jewish, but usually we all go over to decorate my aunt's tree. But she is going to be out of town for Christmas this year. So no decorating. I actually love decorating Christmas trees.

My sis has a tree but they decorated it themselves.

Well, I didn't get to see the nativity this morning. I was in the ER with a 92-year-old 72-pound woman full of spit and vinegar who fell at church this morning.

oh no!

The Vixter and I went to see Tangled this afternoon and we took a 10 year old girl fromn the church along with us.

We loved it

I need to learn the lyrics to Mother Knows Best  so I can "freak out" the Vixter

I do understand that, Jane, but I was just wondering if her sister put up a Christmas tree even though she is Jewish.  I have a great many Jewish friends who celebrate Christmas (minus the Jesus part) and actually do have Christmas trees.

I am also a prime example that not all Christians have Christmas trees.

I'm posting to show you that things are progressing. Here is a shot of me watching Arthur (Laura, tell Sandra) and wearing the Snuggie I received from some office mates. It was taken last night just before 7pm.

You didn't say that. :)  You know I am Jewish & celebrate Christmas.  My sister didn't want to be thought of as Jewish at all.

I'm up, I'm up... And I thought it was supposed to snow today?

It was supposed to snow in Tacoma today, but the sun was too bright.
