The oversized pile of crap on the kitchen counter is now taken care of, and half the pile o' crap on the floor near the kitchen table is half taken care of.

Sounds like my house. Got the bedroom cleaned. That's major progress. Not so much work yet on the kitchen.

Of course it helps to have "A Hollywood Christmas" in the background while I work.

All piles are either removed or neat and tidy and all that remains is for me to take the piles of the piles out to the garage and find the shelves for them - can't do that until I pull the motor car out of there, which I may do momentarily to go take a little drive.

They've moved Greg's mom out of ER and into a hospital room, so I am taking that as a sign the HHW vibes are in full effect. Thank you from us both!

The feisty little church lady went to orthopedic rehab at her Assisted Living place.
The Monarch Scientist's son had all the tubes removed and feels much better now. He may go home today.

So, is the Freddie lyricist in the comments below the story someone we know?

Yes, John, Freddie is our own FJL
Thanks. It bore his style.

LOL!  Lovely choice of verb!
