Well, you've read the notes, the notes had not a few of my favorite things, and now it is time for you to post until my favorite cows come home.

Too much chili, too much indigestion and no antacids in the house. Ugh.

Morning all.

That is all.

We are about to go to Western Beef for groceries.

After we return and put things away we will go to Trader Joe's for more groceries.

I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Betty Garrett.

She was one of the nicest ladies in show business, and a great talent.

She was very helpful to me when I wrote my Al Jolson play back in the 1980s.

-I'm still feeling a bit congested, but at least I'm feeling resting and not fatigued.  Of course, the day is still young, so... Just hoping and vibe-ing for the best.

DR vixmom - I'm glad that the retreat not only provided you a sense of rejuvenation but also a bit of respite.

DR MBarnum - When I first read about you not watching "Toy Story 3" with your nephew, Cole, instead of "seeing" "The Gumby Movie", I had thought you had written: "Gumnaan". ;)

Sunday.  Today is our monthly board meeting for the theater and I am going to take everyone a copy of the 50th Anniversary DVD - and a player to preview it on......we shall see what is said.....mostly I am sure complaints about one thing or the other....but that is typical from the people WHO don't do ANYTHING themselves, but freely criticize the work of those who do something......and work in the box office ONCE for every show......unless they call and try to get someone else to work the ONE NIGHT they said they would.....

Everyone is busy - everyone has things to do - if you just want your name on the board list and you don't want to work with us doing EVERYTHING - get the hell out.

Loved the video of Mr Haines singing a lovely song.

AND DR CILLA LIZ - thanks for the link to the ATLAS SHRUGGED movie....whew!  No, I didn't know anything about it.....interesting....it looks a bit clunky......but we shall see.

Good morning, all! I've got the laundry in the dryers and the kitchen and bathroom are mopped - I sound like DR MattH! -  when I bring the laundry home, I will vacuum and consider my housework finished for the day. I may run down to Kinko's at 72nd with a few photocopied scores I need to have bound, but I first have some writing on Victor Herbert - VicHerbert was John McGlinn's aol address - and I have to pack up the CDs of  One Touch of Venus to be mailed tomorrow.

DR FJL, I'm glad you enjoed the concert; I think all three ladies are wonderful.

Mikey, I hope Mickey Mouse nuggets are not the same as Mickey Mouse droppings.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vibes to DR Jose and all DRs in need today! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We were up at 8, and with three short yard walks in, no results.
Breakfast has been eaten:  Vanilla Chobani Yogurt.  Pedigree and meds for Molly.
Miss Molly slept well in her "home," with no whimpering or crying.
She's back in her crate, snoring already.
At least I will be able to go sledding if we're still going (it is supposed to snow). I'm still feeling the same 70% i've been feeling for the last 2 weeks. But at least yesterday I did not have to take an Advil Cold and Sinus!
I think it's only supposed to snow like 2-4cms by this afternoon (most will be tonight and ovenight). So we still should be fine.
Last night my mom went to visit my nieces on her way out to dinner. My mom and I usually go visit them together. So my mom tells me the little one was wandering around the house shrugging her shoulders looking for me yelling "naa-naa, naa-naa". Must have been cute.
Five minutes or LESS after I put up the photos of the directors of the shows this year, I get an email from one of them wanting me to change the picture of him that I used.
He should have seen the one I had up to begin with.
Did anybody watch SNL last night?
Very funny skit re: Spiderman.
I also liked the one that spoofed British movies.
