This morning on the train I finally finished MY LIFE IN FRANCE by Julia Child and her nephew Alex Prud'Homme. It's a book I'm very sad about finishing. I loved reading about her travels in France, her relationships with her husband and family and friends and her blossoming and growth as The French Chef. And while I'm not really that much of a foodie, Child's descriptions of the ingredients and preparation of her dishes had my stomach growling.

What was also surprising was learning how many liberties the JULIE AND JULIA movie took with the timeline of events in her life. But that's the movies for you...

I very much recommend this book!

Well..... All I did was reach my hand to my face this morning when I felt a sharp shooting pain in my shoulder. I haven't had this kind of disabling pain in a long time. Since last Thursday every day has been better than the previous and I was moving & using my shoulder far better & with far less pain since my accident. I had to ask Craig to wash the dishes. I took Sherlock for a hike today but basically did everything with my left arm or used to to help move my right one.

Had a great day today. Very busy. My shoulder is getting better, but I was careful not to raise my right arm over my shoulder much. It's helping. Edith and I were totally in tune working on some projects today. I think all the confusion has worked out. And a number of clients decided to pay me today. I still haven't heard a word from the feds, so who knows when that money will come, but at least my private clients are coming through

2. two story plus a basement I called the dungeon. The garage was on the same level.
3. two story cape cod with a small carpeted basement.
4. two story & unfinished basement
5. two story, no basement

7. one story, full finished basement (arcade games, tv, work out equipment, pool table)
8. two story, no basement
9. one story, no basement

Basically we began & ended with one story homes with two story ones in-between.

Hi all. I just wanted to thank you all for the vibes. i can't type everyones name because it's hard for me to see the screen. I made the appointment for the eye doctor tomorrow and to have the stitches removed on Monday.

The swelling is starting to go down but but I'm getting a headache because of my right eye trying to pick up all the slack. The glasses don't help any. I hate them. Always have.

DR Ginny, I was so very glad to read that you did so good at your check up. Health vibes!

I'm guessing it was the stuff they used to numb my eyelid to put the stitches in. I didn't take anything until I got home and that was just over the counter stuff. I didn't fill the pain meds that was written for me.

Thanks for all the positive comments about today's medical report. I am especially pleased that my aspirin dosage has been reduced from 325 to 81mg and that should alleviate some of the bruising.
