I love Judy Garland and I love Gene Kelly; but the movie is just stupid to me.Different tastes is all. Am watching the Gene Kelly "Three Musketeers" right now and am not liking it too much, despite the presence of Gene Kelly, Lana Turner, Angela Lansbury, et al. The sword fighting scenes are telegraphed a bit too much. Everything's a little too broad and forced. maybe if I were 8 again.

I don't think I've seen any pirate movies except Peter Pan.We have a pirate in the family, though. Actually, a pirate hostage who killed the pirates in a mutiny.
I have an Amazon vendor that's got me all bent out of shape: I ordered a long out of print autobiography by the man who wrote the libretto for Victor Herbert's first operetta in 1894 from this jerk. He had a good feedback rating of 98% so I went with him. The reason it's only 98%? Because his really good rating has gone to hell in the past four months! Something must have happened to him because every buyer hayes him. I can't get a response from the ass after three inquiries. and I want that damned book.

I love "The Pirate," a funny movie with one of the worst Cole porter scores ever written. The best Musketeers movie is the 2-part Richard Lester version, which is the most faithful to the novel, one of my favorite books. I believe there's a new film adaptation in the works.
heavens what is the name of this class?
DR MBarnum, DR Sandra says she is not sure she can remake the floop smoothie video.
I think "Jaws," "Poseidon Adventure," "The Perfect Storm," and "Titanic" would all have been better films if they had pirates in them.
I guess when one doesn't have a television, one finds other means of entertainment.
While Craig waits in Los Angeles (3 hour layover) for his connection home I'm doing laundry. Why not, I'll be up until late tonight.
