OH!

And if you happen to get The Cooking Channel and watch next week's US premiere of "Eat St.", you might notice a familiar looking Filipino in one of the segments.

Last night, we had a run-through of Cannibal!  We ran through it and it took a long time. :P I can only hope that things will speed up considerably.  Otherwise, it went well.  People pretty much have all their lines down (even me ;)) and there is a LOT of energy on stage.  I think that we'll do well.

Oh...

When I arrived at my brother's place on Tuesday afternoon, noticed that there was only one dog here, Sugar. Sometimes the other one stays with Alex and her mom. Well, it turned out that they had to put Jax - Jumping Jack Flash - down back in January, just after the New Year. :( But Jax had a good long life - 16 years.

A woman that I work with didn't come into work yesterday...she had to have her cat put down. :'(  But her cat was 20 years old!  That was one very old cat!

Richard and I just returned from a 30-minute walk in the neighborhood sunshine.  It's beautiful outside and next time I'll take my camera for some shots of the trees that are about to flower - AH-CHOO!

I sort of went back to bed but didn't really sleep.  I think I'll go have some eggs or something.  I've got the meeting this afternoon and I'll take it easy until then.

I have friends with a cat in his 20s. Bob is a great animal. He knows he's old and he lords it over the other cats.. If you stop petting him in a place he likes, he knocks your hand with his nose until you resume petting him.

I'm not sure Keith will ever go to a Bernese Mountain Dog yearly gathering again.  It was something.  I will share more about it once I'm home.

Tonight Modesto, tomorrow home.  Craig said it is snowing now but should be nicer tomorrow for our drive back.  He said to make sure the pass is clear before we drive over it.

Hi, Jane! I thought you were home already since you posted on facebook.

I mentioned yesterday (or the day before) that i've been getting strange emails from you with no subject heading. Is there something wrong with your email?

Thank you Ginny.  I have missed you as well.  Keith's aunt and cousin invited me to meet them in NY in October and I realized if I go you won't be there.

Hi, Jane!  Off to a meeting, after which I shall return.  I hope I don't fall asleep in the meeting and I hope it does not run one minute longer than the advertised two hours.
