On check in the hotel didn't have the frig they promised for my injection pen.  Eventually they found one after I asked again, before my ice packs. Thawed.  Since the frig did not have a freezer the put the cold packs in the hotel freezer.  After the problems at check in we didn't trust th so yesterday I confirmed the packs were in the feezer and was promised they were.  Guess what they gave me at check out.......completely thawed ice packs.

When we stopped for gas there was a problem the manager had to fix.  It turns out his wife is diabetic and that is the only hotel they have ever had a problem with.  I have never commented on trip advisor, however, I plan to place a warning regarding the Del Mar/San Diego Hilton.

My apologies for signing off last evening while we were still on Page Five.  Things seemed to be cooking along, but everything apparently died after I left.  Damn!  That certainly sounds egotistical!

It may turn out to be completely dreadful, but I think I would enjoy seeing the new Off(?)-Broadway show, LUCKY GUY.  I think Leslie Jordan is quite delightful and Varla jean Merman is a hoot (and not bad looking out of drag).

I got home last night a little before midnight, but didn't log on.  We didn't get out of rehearsal until after 11:00 pm, and then I had to feed my friend's cats.  Fortunately, she'll be back Monday, so I won't have to do that after late rehearsals for much longer.

I've seen interviews with Varla Jean's male persona...he is quite cute! ;)

No, wait, her computer is still glowing green!

Maybe it's radiation from Japan.

Jeez, the Republican party has me pissed off tonight, trying to sneak in an anti-abortion act as part of their "attempt" not to close the government down this week. As someone who lived through a period of illegal abortion and who knew at least three lovely women who went through the process, one nearly dying in the procedure, I can only hope that these asses who don't believe it's a woman's choice suffer greatly at some point from their decision.

I have been excused from jury duty tomorrow.

I know, I know. You are all disappointed. I know how much you were looking forward to my complaining.

I agree elmore.   Whys is it always these loud-mouth men who feel that they should make the choice for a woman?
