I am not a great fan of I LOVE LUCY, probably because during the 50s and early 60s, the episodes were repeated over and over again. With only a few stations to pick from back then, I had my fill of that show. Today, I would rather sit through a LUCY / DESI COMEDY HOUR marathon, than any episodes of I LOVE LUCY. Nothing against Miss Ball, but rather a simple case of overdose.

I did love the episode with Harpo Marx, the Fred McMurray episode, and the William Holden episode.

I do like THE LONG LONG TRAILER and FOREVER DARLING. As for MAME, I think all copies should be burned.

BK, there's a Danny Kaye costume from THE COURT JESTER being auctioned, and it's not expected to go for very much, just in case you're interested.

Also, belay my post of the other day about the Marilyn Monroe dress going for a paltry few hundred thousand. The white chiffon "subway grate" dress from THE SEVEN YEAR ITCH is expcected to fetch a cool two mil.

How about Barbara Stanwyck's TITANIC coat.

I decided not to go to the partay - too long in the car. I did have a turkey sandwich and a cup of chicken soup and that was fine.

My friends Sharry and Micheal have been on the East Coast for this past week. I think the first part of the week, they were in New York, and I believe that now they are down in D.C. They are seeing FOLLIES tongiht, or maybe it was last night.
