I've spent the last two hours chopping green peppers, onion, garlic, and making the most yummilicious spaghetti sauce.  I'll make chili later in the week, I think.

You never cook like that when I stay with you.

So what do you suppose George Nader, Fay Wray and Gilbert Roland would actually be chatting about at a Hollywood part?

I'm going to be on a space shuttle most of 2012. You'll have to start snuggling up to Jose or Ben. Whenever you come to visit, I come home and find chaos in my apartment like this:

And when I get home and they see the unlocked door, their mass frenzied exit is like a bad scene from SPARTACUS. My neighbors are starting to talk, Mikey, and you've got to stay away from the gym on 83rd Street.

My book group is having a Shakespeare roundtable this week (every reads a different work by the Bard) and my selection is AS YOU LIKE IT.  I'm listening to a recording with Vanessa Redgrave as Rosalind - on to Act II!

Any of them. I am partial to the yellow ones, though.

One of the 1960 shows I watched last night was THE TAB HUNTER SHOW.  It started with him getting mauled by a young woman in a car, whom he ditched, walking up to another house and then picking up a relationship with Mary Tyler Moore.

In line with today's topic, are any New Yorkers (or anyone else) planning on seeing Silence, the Musical?
