Did something that Mark Bittman suggested in a column recently: Grilled a slab of cabbage. Just brushed with some olive oil and a sprinkling of salt and left it on the grill for a while. It's really good. Brings out the sweetness in the cabbage
And oddly enough the library has not lost any of my reservations since i started photocopying my slips.
