However Vixdad got to his breaking point and bought a generator so we are actually enjoying artificial ight and internet service!!!

I don't think he really can considering the cat is under the bed

I have checked on shy cats before & the only way I knew they were around, and alive, was that the food was gone & the litter box used. I didn't see either cat any of the days I was there.

We are spending the Labor Day weekend in Manhattan. Not because of the leftover problems from Irene but because for the past few weeks we have been here and there and everywhere so we're staying put this weekend. Although we are going to Astoria on Sunday for Greek food. Anthony did a favor for our upstairs neighbor and he wouldn't take money so our neighbor is taking us out for dinner. His partner is Greek and they know a very good place in Astoria (which has a large Greek population). Stuffed grape leaves here we come.

I stayed the entire day at work, mostly because I had to go back to see Indira Gandhi for a follow-up appointment I am very exhausted this evening, and I am in a lot of pain. I don't know if I will go to work tomorrow.
