  • What is it, fish?

The swishy director who directed the ultra-campy Stratford Festival productions that may be found on DVD was a friend of former DR Panni. He's a pathetic director and they're god-awful.

I don't know what it is with G&S that urges directors, who clearly have no appreciation for their work, to trash them. They become Fire Island drag shows without the wit or irony.

The ESSGEE production is amazing: between the padded dance belts and the disco it's like a really gay night at Studio 54 around 1979.

Why is it that something as simple as Lipton Onion Soup Dip can be so damn tasty?

a man after my own heart --- after our  chips and dip would you like to join me in a run to the border?  Jose can come too

I'd join you, but I'm more of a Taco Johns kind of girl

I don't think we have any of those here .... but if it's good healthy well made mexican food  I probably won't like it --- give me that processed junk food

Not one thing healthy about it, except maybe the lettuce and tomatoes on top.

Back from a sandwich and no fries.  I had two small slices of pizza for lunch.

  • Dance, if it makes you happy.

I turned back on to PINAFORE at 11 to see Barbara Bryne, of SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE, dressed as Queen Victoria serenaded  by the "March of Peers" from IOLANTHE with new lyrics and a synthesized arrangement that sounded like a skating rink. The musical director, who wrote these awful charts should stay in the dinner theatre world.
Hey, I've seen some very good dinner theater.

Dang, TCB. Now you have me wanting some Lipton Onion Soup Dip.

Does anyone actually make Onion Soup with it anymore?

Did anyone ever make Onion Soup with it?
LOL. I don't think I ever have.

  • A person should celebrate what passes by.

Well, my cousin has Wi-Fi and my Kindle browser works...as long as I don't click on the "notify" link.  That froze everything and I had to shut off the thing.  Very inconvenient. :P

Otherwise, we have just been enjoying games and chatting.  Tomorrow, we're going to drive around town and see what there is to see in this liitle Oregon town.  And that's the whole plan.  Who knows what we'll do on Sunday. :D

Everyone has gone to our respective bedrooms for the night.  It's still early for me, even though I didn't get much sleep last night.  So, I'm going to see if I can check my e-mail on this thing...my cousin only has a laptop and I think that it's only for his work.  So, good night all and...
