Happy Christmas Eve, y'all!  Back from Mass and feeling very Christmassy!  Everything is done and ready for family tomorrow so I'll have a semi-relaxing evening. Yay!

TOD:

Scrooge with Mr Albert Finney.....I like everybody except the Ghost of Christmas Present.....that guy is terrible....and his song isn't so great either.
AND I miss the people standing around talking about Scrooge in the FUTURE segment.....and one of my favorite lines...."Oh, I don't mind going to the funeral....if lunch is provided."

Wow--that is actually my favorite part of the movie!  Robert More is my favorite Ghost of Christmas Present.  (Though it does strike me as odd that the Milk of Human Kindness does look like wine.)

We ate our spaghetti dinner and are getting ready to go to the Christmas Eve service. The Goldstein Sisters are going with us. After that, some eggnog and Scrooge, I think.

We have returned from a lovely Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols at Rob and Mary Linda's church.  When ML introduced us to the minister, he said, "Oh, you're Rob's parents!"  Wonder what that means?

I notice that no one has listed ONE MAGIC CHRISTMAS (probably the most depressing holiday film of all time)
