I didn't know that there was a new KILLER ELITE.  I thought you meant the Pekinpah film, also.

TOD - Red Dawn is a favorite of Richard's and Rob's.  I probably never would have watched it if I'd stayed single and childless.  I have read a couple of post-apocalyptic books that held my interest - A Gift Upon the Shore by M. K. Wren and Malevil by Robert Merle.

DR jose thanks for posting the pic from How To Succeed. Don't care for Nick Jonas. :)

But i am in love with that pic of Darren Criss. Love that playbill.

This might sound dumb, but if you download it what do you do with it. Just look at it?
I love him. Was very happy that he moved up on Glee.

Oh... I thought you wanted a copy of the artwork to print out.

Some people do print them out. Some people make it the background on their computer or smartphone. Etc., etc., etc.

Or you could be like the street vendors in NYC that download all the artwork from the various shows, make an 88-cent color copy of it, place it in a $1.50 frame and then sell it on the street for $10.

Oh i was just saying i love the playbill. I wasn't really thinking anything beyond that. Do they print it like a photocopy or like a photo?

I think it's wonderful that people are at home in their own sexuality, but when I see someone like Kristy McNichol "announcing" she's a lesbian, I have to wonder, "Who cares?"

Well, hopefully other young women who are afraid to come out publicly will look at Kristy's statement and it will give them the courage to come out to their family or even just one friend.

Good Morning on a bright sunny Saturday.

You sure don't live in Portland.   ;D

Nope, it's 58 beautiful January degrees here in New York City.

We just got back from Joe Fresh where I bought a new pair of corduroy pants, Academy CDs where we bought nothing and Staples where I got a new shredder with the $50 gift card from my office. It was on sale and I got a $10 gift card for purchasing the shredder. I just submitted the paperwork on line.

Larry, sorry you're feeling poorly. It would be nice to see you again to break bread. Get well vibes to you.

You have to break the bread?  Why, did elmore bake it?

Old Man, you are working my last nerve! :)

Seattle's 5th Avenue Theater is one (of many) that is presenting the concerrt version of TITANIC in honor of the 100th anniversary of its maiden voyage.  The 5th Avenue sent me an e-mail asking if I wanted to order tickets for April 13, 14, or 15,  I looked at their poster for a long time, before I realized what is wrong with it.  It appears that they have the ship sinking by the stern, rather than the corrrect, sinking by the bow.

Or maybe they just hired a crappy artist.

Hmmm, actually it may have been in the package place yesterday, but looks like they put the package slip in our mailbox very very late yesterday!  :)

Back from a long day out. Breakfast with friends, then a trip to the farmers market and a walk around a section of the River Walk. A trip to a taco truck (actually barbecue) where I had part of a deep-fried Moon Pie (and yes, it was ridiculously good. Nothing that artificial should taste that good.)

Then off to a food truck park, followed by a trip to a local brewery/distillery. I had just enough energy to drop into Big Lots to get a copy of "Nine" on DVD for $3, along with "Volver," "Hey, Babu Riba," "Kitchen Stories," and some other junk to watch when I'm recuperating in a month or two.

But I have to say, if anyone offers you a deep-fried Moon Pie, ask for two. I almost couldn't decide between vanilla and banana. Went with vanilla. It was breaded, deep-fried then topped with caramel sauce and whipped cream.

Let's see. Wasn't she Meredith Baxter's sibling on "Family"? haven't we heard this story before?

Laura, is your DH's first name Darren?  If so, he starred in my REEFER MADNESS musical.
