When I remember to make oatmeal I use Quaker old fashioned oats.  I put a lot of non fat milk in it.

The Variety review for the second season of Downton is an out and out rave.

I just added season two to our NetFlix queue.  Unfortunately the quality of our reception on regular tv forces us to wait to watch this.

And now I need to get ready for the rest of my day: some pre-production discussion about THE MUSIC MAN, maybe a haircut, a meet-up with some friends who just moved to The City, and then I think I'm seeing ONCE tonight (or tomorrow).

Laters...

ONCE TONIGHT OR TOMORROW - A great name for a new musical, or maybe one of elmore's videos.

I was awakened at eight-thirty by noisy workers somewhere nearby.  I stayed in bed until nine-thirty, got up, finessed yesterday's pages, then went and had some food after writing three new pages.  I hadn't been to the Studio Cafe for a while so I went there.  Ed Asner was lunching near me.  Then I picked up one package and now I shall write as many pages as I can.

Back from a drink and meal with Steve. I had the roast beef with roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, green beans, carrots and Yorkshire pudding, which was totally delicious.

So now that DOWNTON ABBEY is a big fat hit, how long before one of the U.S. networks does another BEACON HILL?

I was thinking of a possible Seattle-based series called PIONEER SQUARE.

My new Hoover has arrived, and I hope it is not too difficult to assemble. I need to vacuum.

Has Victoria Clark been announced for the LA production of FOLLIES? Her name is all over the AllThatChat ropic this morning.

Congratulations and happy sucking!

Good Afternoon!

My meeting went very well! It's gonna be quite the Journey!

Is Journey a clue?  Is Steve Perry playing Prof. Harold Hill?!?

They were going to use Steve Perry but they decided to go with Stephen Tyler because he's just so sexy!!!

I do love Steven Tyler quote, "Whein I was young, the Dead Sea was just sick."

The Monarch Scientist said this is a sign of a disease caused by a paramecium.

So much for easy assemblage. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble this Hoover and try it out. Instruction books and I do not agree: why does nothing in the illustrations look like the object in my hand?  why isn't there a lovely detailed dos[;ay of all the assorted objects? how did I miss the info about the handle? Oy!

It runs beautifully. I am happy I broke nothing in the assemblage.

I didn't even know Hoover's needed to be assembled.  :o  I'm impressed with your skills & am pleased it works beautifully.
