Evening all!
I had a lot to do today and we had a nice storm this afternoon. I had to wait for it to pass before I felt it was safe to sign on.
I had an e-mail from Elmore who told me to tell you all he said "Hi!" and will post on the board when he comes back to NYC for a day, ( I believe) before he has to leave again.

I believe it's one of those "combo Nathan's/Pizza Hut/Dunkin'Donuts/Baskin-Robbins/etc... But there is a Nathan's there.
Thank you, Jose, you have made me a very happy man (and with your clothes still on).
And I didn’t make you happy for telling it was there in the first place, TCB? Well, I feel like chopped liver.
Thanks, Bruce. You already answered most of what I wanted to know. I was just mainly curious as to when you enter the picture and what exactly you do. I didn’t know if everything was already done and then you come in and put it together or if you were there first and had a hand in deciding what arrangement, how many instruments, etc.
Sounds like you’re a pretty “hands on” kind of guy. I’m going to try to find what was already posted and then I may have some other questions for you.
Something I like to cook for myself. Well, since there are only the two of us, I do cook for my Mom whatever I make but here is something I really like.
Beef Roast
1 small beef roast (any kind)
1 small can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Coke Cola
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, sliced into slivers
1 can mushrooms (whole or sliced)
Salt & pepper to taste
Cut garlic into slivers and using a knife, put them in different parts of the beef roast. Salt and pepper the beef roast to your taste.
Put roast into pan or roaster.
Slice onion and put over the roast.
Open the can of mushrooms and pour out the juice. Put mushrooms over the roast.
In mixing bowl mix the can of mushroom soup and can of coke. Pour mixture over the beef roast.
Bake/roast 350 degrees until done.
If using a larger roast, you can double everything. Another trick I use is to peel 2 white potatoes and put them in the side of the roasting pan so they cook in the gravy.
I don’t list a type of beef roast because I’ve used this on all kinds and it always turns out GREAT! The meat is always tender.
I was going to post the 2nd part of my SLC trip but I think this is enough for one night. Glad that your enjoying it, Jrand. I'm also glad you liked the photos.
