Good afternoon! I've been all over New York from Park Avenue & 23rd Street to Columbus Avenue and 68th Street. Now that I'm home, I've paid all of my current bills, and I am ready to hit the back with a big check. After that, I've got the a full score and a piano-vocal score to proof.

I need a nap.

Is that similar to a bank?

Well, it's time for me to leave.  For the "A Bucket of Blood" rehearsal tonight, we're going to run through act one.  We'll probably go through it at least twice (it's a fairly short show...the original movie was only about 66 minutes long!) and work sections that need working.  Tomorrow night will be act two.  I don't have any lines in act one and not much to do, but I am on stage in two or three scenes. :)

Until later!

I do not like Jonathan Schwartz and here's why: I once went into Footlight Records in the late 1990s and there was Mr. Schwartz selling SEALED promos we and other labels had sent him.  SEALED, as in unopened and unplayed.  He's been on my merde list ever since.

Not cool at all!  When I listen to him I always wish I was listening to DR Ben's voice instead.

Jane, you're very sweet. Thank you.

Speaking of that, I think I may actually be on this weekend on Beverley's new program. If so, you'll get the regular e-mail blast sometime over the weekend.

Ben, I hope you'll let us know if you're going to be on the program.

I would suggest you get your e-mail address on Ben's e-blast list.

Kerry, Sandra does not remember saying that pineapple is the new white meat. Do you remember how it came about?

Finished with my viewing, shall relax for a few minutes, then continue proofing.  I had a nice conversation with muse Margaret and ran by her the little things I want to add and/or slightly rewrite and she was good with all of it.

I've been spending a good part of today getting ready for my trip to Memphis tomorrow. My day started off with playing for a couple of lessons, and while I was in the midst of those lessons I happened to find out that some important papers that were sent out last week were sent to the wrong address. So... I've also been taking care of that situation over the past couple of hours. And since I will be going directly into auditions for The Music Man right after I land back at LGA on Tuesday morning, well... Lots and lots of little things have been on my To Do List for today.

Thankfully, I'm packed for my trip. Almost.

I shall have to "ketchup" tomorrow and/or later.

So, I made it on "Top Chef" tonight with about three seconds of face time. And my favorite chef is still in the running.
