Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

I have packed us a lunch: peanut butter and jelly sandwiches,

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich Laura? I've never heard of such a thing (at least not on this side of the Atlantic). Sounds revolting ;D

Think Robertson's.

DR Vixmom I don't know why you say grape is traditional.

You are kidding aren't you, Doug?

P & J is very American, plus I believe their peanut butter isn't as good as our is.

Well, there was a smiley face, so I wasn't sure.  And then I thought that maybe "jelly" didn't mean the same thing in England.

OH! You're right  - jelly is what we know as jello or gelatin here  -  Doug it is a peanut buttter and  what you ight call "jam" sandwich - traditionally here we use grape - what we call jam I think you call preserves

I dont know how to cut and opaste using my nook.   I said

Think robertson's

I don't think of grape as the tradition jam for peanut butter sandwiches.

The theatre company in which I have just been named their "Resident" music director - which is basically a title that comes with an email address so that patrons can contact me directly with their concerns/praises, etc... and of course, doesn't come with an extra cash... but oh well.  Anyhow... they chose a season for next year (starting in September) and while it's not public yet, all I can tell you is that I see a lot of legal pink and marine green (and lots of Asian percussion) in the coming year.

And that's all I have... isn't that enough????

Congrats on the new directorship!

I have no idea what the marine green refers to, though.

T.O.D.

One of my Top Ten Favorite Films of all-time is CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND.  However, I prefer the original version of the film rather than the two or three different versions or Director's Cuts, or enhanced versions that followed it.  The original version was like a religious experience for me.  I dragged everyone I knew to see that film.  Every time I saw the film in a theater, the entire audience sat through all of the final credits without moving.

I just bought the Blu-ray at Costco and it had all three versions of the movie...the original theatrical version, the extended version AND the director's cut. :)

There was a DVD release a few years ago (which I also have) that also had all three versions, plus a poster chart that shows what/where all the extensions and deletions are for each version.  On the back of that is the poster for the movie...very nice.

I agree!  I like to mix peanut butter in plain, non-fat yogurt...now that's good. :)
