Thanks DR Jane re: the movie comments. Even though the movies are free I still try to not take things that I think i will dislike.

A bit like when I asked my brother about a book & the author, I wanted to know if the price was worth it.  He thought it was funny as the book was free.  After reading a number of free books I realized my wasted time wasn't worth the price.

Sunday morning greetings!  Fr. Richard excused me from church today after my 3am nosebleed, after which I was unable to go back to sleep until after he left for Lima.  I'm sorry to miss Palm Sunday, but I still have that "cobwebby" feeling in my head that lingers after a nosebleed.  I think my meds are out of whack and I'm glad to have a previously-scheduled doctor's appointment tomorrow.

I was relieved you mentioned the doctor's appointment for tomorrow.

There are thousands of free books for kindle especially. Even if it's free. You still have to be choosy. If i'm not going to read it then i'm not going to take it just because it's free.

Not every time.  At least once a week I receive an email with multiple books on it.

No, you must have your goodreads account set to receive what your "friends" read. I do not ever receive updates so i don't think it would matter. Or i would be getting emails every hour. The only way i can see what my friends are reading is to go into the friends section and look.

There is probably something you ticked that said you wanted to be notified.
