This is the first time I have read about the dogs of the Titanic:
http://news.yahoo.com/dogs-titanic-untold-story-163100569.html

Notice, the ship cat took her kittens off the ship before it left port.  Cats Rule.

Smart cat.

Actually, the ones on that link aren't really too extreme...I've seen a LOT worse!

I just received four, count 'em FOUR CDs today!  Fortunately, I actually ordered them, so it's a good thing.  Anyway, I just received from Dresscircle.co.uk, the new Sweeney Todd with Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton,...

Well, I'm listening to Sweeney Todd right now and for the most part, I like Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton.  HOWEVER, they didn't include "Green Finch and Linnet Bird" and the guy playing Anthony is a breathy singer. :P

There's also a bit of whisper/talking...they are definitely performing for the microphones.  And like something else that BK mentioned, the singers are very far forward in the mix.  The "orchestra" is hard to hear at times.  It's very much like a Teeny Todd.

Thanks for that report, DR George (I was just about to post to ask your opinion of the recording.). I guess I'll skip this one...

That is some mask DR MBARNUM.

Must be a real damper on his social life.
Better to have a life, so that one can then have a social life.

This gift of spring is a lot more pleasant to view than the tattoo mistakes:

Tomorrow the draftsman comes to look at house so he can make his drawing.  I'm excited.  Things are moving right along!

And now I guess I need to put my bit in my mouth and my mask on my face and go rob some counting sheep! OR I might rob the cows when they come home!

'Night all!

I took Sherlock for a walk this afternoon & enjoyed the lush green mountains, the horses grazing & a view of the lake which is full from all the rain.

Managed to churn out three TOTALLY different reviews today:  a Rush concert, Bounce (the Paltrow-Affleck film, not Sondheim) and the Salzburg Festival production of Lulu.  Started the new Twilight Time Desiree, which I'm trying really, really hard to take seriously.  :)

Did the fixes (very minor) and moved a bunch of stuff around and the project is on its way to mastering and will hopefully be finished by end of tomorrow and Fed Exed Wednesday.
