I believe the surveyors determined that the addition could not be built on the house. But I think they might be able to build a separate "wash house" that is detached. Or something like that.

the restaurant was open for a pancakes. scrambled eggs and sausage breakfast from 8 -10 and the youth of the church served as wait staff and bus staff

I used to have back problems. My back would go out every so often. And it hurt to lift almost anything. I could not carry my niece when she was a baby. But i started using this thing called Back Magic. And my back has improved tremendously. It never goes out. IF it gets sore at all i just use the back magic. And i can lift my niece who just turned 3 and carry her around.
