Thankfully, our rehearsal took place just a block away from The Pershing Center where A Letter To Harvey Milk was playing. And, thankfully, I had my umbrella with me. The rain was falling(!) when I left rehearsal. In any case...
I really liked the show. The cast is lead by Jeff Keller, Cheryl Stern and Leslie Kritzer. Some of the musical material in the first part of show seems to be trying too hard to "distract" the listener from what is to come, at least to my ears. But once the final set of scenes start to get going, well... It packs a quite nice emotional punch.
